Worse than 12st 10lbs

It's been a month since my last post - and the end of year has been rushing towards me!

And my weight has gone up (again). Very depressing. All my fault of course.

So - what am I doing about it?

For the past week I have done half an hour of exercise every morning (cross-trainer, rowing machine and weights), repeated every early evening too.
